When viewing your contacts in the contact manager, there are many options for sorting your contacts using the sort button options.
Clicking the arrow on the button will reverse the sort order
The drop down arrow will let you choose the field to sort by
The sort only has the default and custom fields at this time. You NOT able to sort by Tag or Appointment times. You can use the Advanced Search tool to look up this information and then sort the list after by using the sort button.
Please note that while sorting by local time or time zone, the behavior should be that contacts with a *valid* timezone are grouped together and sorted correctly. By valid, we mean we are are able to use address/zip code to do a location lookup.
Users who do not have a *valid* timezone will just have the default "America/Chicago" timezone and are always grouped at the bottom of the sort. These will usually be users who do not have a phone or a good address. They may have been imported without the correct info or the number /address was changed on after being added . These will usually get grouped into this default time zone along with any others that we can't determine the correct location for.
