In order to see certain contact details not shown by default, We recommend to try and apply a new layout view to give more depth to your contacts pane at first glance. Please see below on how to apply and all options related to better navigate your contact account details. Layouts allow you to choose the information shown to you in the contact summary page. You can have multiple layouts and assign them to different folders.
How to add a new Contact Layout:
1. Click on Your Account Initials > Contact Settings
2. Under contact settings click on the "Layouts" menu
3. Once viewed in the Layouts Tab, you have a few options you can apply: Edit, Add a new layout, or Misc. tasks associated with each layout.
*Folders: This is the number of folders that have this layout assigned to it.
Pencil Icon: Edit the current layout
Copy Icon: Copy the current layout
Trash Icon: Delete current layout
Share button: Share the current layout with any user seats (Team Accounts only)
Make Default button: Make this layout your default when creating any new folder submissions.
4. Click on "Add New Layout" orange button
5. Create a new name for your Layout
6. Click on the "Edit" Icon (pencil icon)
To edit this layout, click the button on the row or column to add more rows for view. Click the button on the row or column to remove it. To edit the cell of the table, click the "Edit" link. Once you've created a layout template, assign it to your contact manager folders here.
When editing single cells, make sure to apply the following as desired...
Data Points: Select the data to display in this cell.
Default: Enter an optional default value to be displayed when the data point for the contact is empty. (Strongly recommended)
Column Span: How many columns you would like the data to be applied for (Each data point can span multiple columns in its row. To make this data point span more than just one column, select a value from this drop down. The default value is 1.)
Once completed, you also have an example view promoted below your account layouts to be sure the layout is viewable to your desired likeness.
