There are several ways to set an appointment on the calendar in Phoneburner.
First, you can do so while in a call with a contact by clicking the Actions button and selecting Schedule Appointment.
This will take you to the appointment calendar where you can schedule your followup.
Second, you can click the Add Event button in the contact record.
Third, you can schedule directly from the Appointments tab by simply clicking the appropriate place on on the calendar.
When an appointment is added from the dial session or from inside a contact record, your appointment will show a link back to the contact record.
This link will not show if you create an appointment directly from the calendar.
After your contacts have been called, a check mark will be displayed to show that the contact has been called that day.
Please note that if you called and scheduled the appointment the same day, they will still have a check mark.
