How many contacts can I import?

PhoneBurner Standard Unlimited plan allows a monthly import of 10,000 contacts. 

PhoneBurner Professional allows for 20,000 per month.

PhoneBurner Premium allows 50,000 per month.  

This limit resets on the first of each month. 

If you would like to upgrade your plan to increase your imports, please go to My Account ( from your account circle icon upper right) and choose "Manage subscription " and "change my account level".  

Currently, the import limit in PhoneBurner for teams starts at a default of 10,000 contacts per month per user for a standard account. If you reach your limit and need to import more contacts,  please contact Support and we would be happy to discuss your options. 

Note: The import file size limit is 25MB. If your CSV/XLSX file is larger than 25MB, we recommend breaking up the file into smaller files.
