Yes, PhoneBurner will allow you to search notes via the Advanced Search feature.
1. Click Contacts in the top center of the page, then click on Advanced Search and expand the Management Information section.
2. Enter the information you would like to search for into the Notes field, and click Search in the bottom right corner of the window.
