This can happen when you have not updated all the fields within the Disposition Button.
If a Disposition Button does not have a "status" assigned, it may not be counted correctly.
Check to see that you have something filled in for each of the boxes highlighted below:( Go to Dial sessions/Phoneburner Settings/ dispositions)
Make sure that the button is not set to 'None' which will leave no voicemail at all when the button is clicked.
