Hello, it's Jeff Osness, Principal Evangelist at PhoneBurner, and I want to show you an exciting update to our Click-to-Call feature, now available in Labs for Professional and Premium users.
Previously, you could click to call a contact directly from their record. Now, with the Enhanced Click-to-Call update, you get more control and automation—all within a dedicated window.
How to Activate Enhanced Click-to-Call

Click on your initials in the top-right corner.
-
Select My Account.
-
In the Labs section on the left, find "Enhanced Click to Call" and enable it.
Using the Feature
-
Go back to a contact record and refresh the page.
-
Click the Click-to-Call button.
-
A new call window opens (instead of the basic call bar).
You now have:
-
A Mute button (for private conversations),
-
A Keypad (to navigate phone menus),
-
A Hang Up button to end the call.
After hanging up, the call window remains open so you can disposition the call.
Dispositions & Automation
Dispositions shown are based on:
-
The last dial session if the contact has been previously dialed.
-
The default live answer set if the contact is new.
Choose a disposition, and all automations linked to that button will trigger, such as:

Moving the contact to a specific folder,
-
Setting a follow-up date,
-
Sending a follow-up email,
-
Adding tags,
-
Triggering webhooks,
-
Logging notes,
-
Recording the call (if enabled).
Example:
Jeff selects the Follow-Up button:

He sets a follow-up date,

Clicks Confirm,
-
The contact is moved to the Follow-Up folder,

A note is added, and the record is updated.
