How do I avoid dialing the same number in a Dial Session?

PhoneBurner has the ability to remove duplicate phone numbers from a specific dial session so you don't call the same number multiple times within the same dial session. Follow the steps below to enable this feature.

1. Click Call History > Dial Session Settings > General

2. Scroll your eyes down and review the Remove Duplicate Numbers in a Session feature and set the radio button to Yes.
3. As always, be sure to click Save Changes to save any changes you have made to this page.

Select No from the dropdown if you would like to disable this behavior and allow the dialer to call the same number multiple times in the same session.
