Go to Dial Sessions>PhoneBurner Settings>DNC the list is found there.
Team Administrators can add numbers manually, delete them individually or delete all. Deleting DNC entries does not delete the related contact. It removes the phone number from your dnc and leaves the contact in your contact manager.
If you are on a team, adding a number to the DNC list will add it to the entire teams list.
The dialer will skip numbers that are marked DNC.
DNC entries are added in four ways:
1.By disposition button that is set to add the number to the DNC.
This may also say DNC the entire contact from the disposition. Use this setting with caution as you are not able to remove the DNC flag from contacts where the entire contact is flagged and they do not show the flag in the contact manager.
2. You can add from the contact record directly using the icon near the phone number.
3. Manually adding entries to the list from below it on the DNC settings page, one number per line. ( You can copy and paste the list in)
If you are on a team, your administrator may restrict your ability to remove or manually add numbers to the DNC list directly.
If you do not see the options to Delete or Add, they will need to give you permission to manage the DNC.
4. Contacts can also be added to the DNC via a STOP reply to an SMS message.
Manage DNC: Team admin, go to team, click edit button by the team members name and choose if you want the user to be allowed to add or remove from the DNC other than via the disposition buttons.
Occasionally you may come a contact that shows as being on the "global DNC" list. These contacts have been added by PhoneBurner and cannot be dialed. They may have contacted us directly and asked to be removed from our databases or they may have been removed for other reasons at the discretion of management. These are permanently restricted and CANNOT be removed from our system .
If you are just looking to locate contacts that are in your system that are flagged as DNC and not totally remove them from list, you can use advanced search under the management information section to search for contacts that might have a number that is flagged as DNC. Keep in mind that the contact may have a number marked DNC and other numbers may still be valid.
