Verified Caller ID Library

The Caller ID Library is a setting within PhoneBurner used to verify phone numbers not purchased through PhoneBurner, that you would like to use to make phone calls. We must verify each phone number is valid so we will call the phone number and request for you to enter a verification code.

Please Note: This Caller ID feature is not what will be displayed when calling the contact. 

You can go to Call History (Or account Circle Icon Upper Right for admins) >Dial Session Settings>Caller ID  and set the number or go directly to this link when signed into your account.

Any numbers you have already entered will show and you can additional numbers to use by clicking on +Add a Caller ID. 

Enter the Label and Caller ID and you will get a call to verify that this is a valid number where you can be reached after clicking Add Caller ID. The phone label is for your records only to help you know what number to select when starting a dial session, this will not be displayed when calling the contact. 

You will be given a code to enter when you get the call to verify the validity of the number. 

You should get an audible confirmation that it has been accepted and you will be able to select your Caller ID to use when starting a dial session.
