How can I pause before each call instead of dialing the next call ? (Dialer Pause and Preview feature)

While Phoneburner is a power dialer designed to help you get through your contacts as fast as possible, you may sometimes want to have more time to pause and preview a contact in your dial session before you dial it to decide how you want to handle your call.

You can now do this using the Dialer Preview feature. 

With Pause and Preview Mode, when you select your list of contacts to dial and begin dial session, the system will stop and allow you to view the contact prior to dialing it. This allows you to review or pre-enter notes, send an SMS, or view your custom fields prior to dialing. Then you can decide if you want to hit the Dial button at the bottom to call the contact or just skip it and move to the next contact. 

To use this feature, just select the dialer mode when you start a dial session. 

This can also be set in your Dialer Presets.
