Dialer Presets

 Create and save dialer presets to automatically apply these settings to each dial session and get dialing faster. These will be available for you to select from before each dial session. 

You can add a new dialer preset to have your settings ready for your dial session without having to set them each time. 

When you start your dial session, you will then have the option to manually set your settings or use the preset you created. 

When choosing your presets, if you set the option to "ask me", it is going to let you choose this at the start of the dial session instead of setting it automatically. 

Using Presets allows you to now use the new Pause and Preview feature to pause before dialing each contact to allow you to update/view notes and send SMS before dialing the contact or to skip the contact altogether by choosing pause and preview in the Dialer mode section. 

NOTE: If you have a Disposition set chosen in a pre-set and you need to delete them, remove it from the presets first or it will not delete.
