Why am I seeing the message the connection to your current call has been terminated?

If you are seeing a message that says " the connection to your current call has terminated", this means the call has timed out without an answer ( the Ring Duration time has elapsed)  or it has disconnected on the contact's end. 

In some cases this may mean that the contact is screening their calls and there carrier is rejecting the call or has blocked your caller id number from calling.  These kinds of calls can be dispositioned to move move to the next call .

If you are getting a message asking you if you want to reconnect to your dial session, this means that you have lost your connection to Phoneburner and need to dial back into the system to continue dialing.
