During a Dial Session, there are two sets of disposition buttons that can be used to pilot the session:
The Dialing Set (which is used to disposition the call if no one answers the call)
and
The Live Answer Set (which is used to disposition the call if someone answers the call)
All disposition buttons are located across the bottom of your dial session window.
If a live person answers, the live answer button will turn green.
Dispositioning a live answer call is a three step process:
1: Choose the live answer button:
2. End the call once your conversation is over:
3. Select the proper disposition button
Once the call is dispositioned, then the dialer will progress to the next contact in line to be called.
