How do I record a voicemail?

PhoneBurner gives you the option to record as many messages as you may need and you can choose which message you want to use when you are making your calls.

There are 2 methods to record a Voicemail

First, go to Dial Sessions dropdown from the account icon upper right , then PhoneBurner Settings and click Voicemail Library 

Use your phone to dial into the system

This option is very much like recording your greeting on your cell phone. all you need to do is follow the prompts after you dial the number and enter your pin number without the dashes. Don't forget to press # after you record the greeting so you can review it and save it.  After you save the message you can go back and play it to review it from the PhoneBurner Voicemail Library. It may say "Empty" in the name space, but you can change this by just clicking on the text. 

Upload an MP3 file 

This is a great option if you have some audio editing software on your computer and a mic. This gives you complete control to perfect the voicemail message and even edit it before you add it to your PhoneBurner voicemail library.

Record in your browser

If you have a microphone connected to your computer, you have the convenience of easily recording a voicemail message using your web browser. All you need to do is assign a name to your recording and click on the red microphone button. By doing so, you will initiate the recording process.
