Can I turn off ringing while in a Dial Session? 

When you make calls using PhoneBurner,  you may or may not want to hear the ringing. PhoneBurner allows you to control whether you hear the ringing tone. To edit this follow the steps below.

1. Click Call History > Dial Session Settings > General
2. Review the description under the heading Ringing and set the radio button to No if you would like to turn off hearing ringing
3. As always be sure to click Save Changes to save any changes you've made to this page.

If you are the Admin on an account and would like to change this setting for your entire team follow the steps below.

1. Click My Account in the top right hand corner.

2. Click Dialer Settings > General and find the heading Ringing

3. As always be sure to click Save Changes to save any changes you've made to this page.
