Why can't I see Disposition Buttons?

PhoneBurner places dispositions at the bottom of the window while you are in the dial session. Sometimes uses think the dispositions have disappeared when in fact they are just off the page. A few tips to help you determine whether or not your dispositions are off the page are: 

1. With the dialer window open hit ALT + Space then X or click Maximize and the buttons should show at the bottom of the screen.

2. Zoom out in your browser by clicking on View in the top left hand corner and click Zoom Out. There's also a keyboard shortcut for this, command + - (the negative sign). 

Not all browsers and computers are made the same, so if these solutions don't work for you, a simple Google search of "how to zoom out on my browser" may reveal how to do this on your specific machine.
