✅ SUMMARY:
This video provides a walkthrough on how to access and use the Disposition Summary Report in your PhoneBurner account. It demonstrates how to locate the report by navigating to the Reports tab and selecting Disposition Summary. From there, users can select a specific date range—either from preset options (like past 7 days, last month, etc.) or a custom range—to view the frequency and percentage breakdown of each disposition used by the team. This insight helps teams understand calling patterns and identify potential areas for coaching or process improvement.

🧼 CLEANED-UP TRANSCRIPT:
As you and your team are making phone calls using PhoneBurner, you're going to be clicking on these dispositions. Wouldn't it be nice to see a report that gives you a summary of the dispositions that you or your team have used during any specific date range?
If that's something you're looking for, you're in the right spot. I'm going to show you how you can get a summary of all the dispositions your team is using in PhoneBurner.
Let's go ahead and wrap up this dial session.
In our PhoneBurner account, we're going to click on the Reports tab at the top. From here, you'll see several reporting options. The one we're looking for is the Disposition Summary. Go ahead and click on Disposition Summary.
Once you've selected the Disposition Summary, you need to choose the date range. Down below, you'll see the date range selector. In the date range selector, you'll find several preconfigured or preset options to choose from—such as:
- Today
- Yesterday
- Last Week (Monday through Friday)
- Last Month
- Past 7 Days
- Past 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, or 365 Days
- Month-to-Date
- Year-to-Date
- And of course, a Custom Date Range
For this demo, I'm going to choose the Past 365 Days, since this is a demo account and there’s not a ton of data. But by selecting the past 365 days, we can see all of the dispositions that were used—not just by me, but by everyone on my team who's made calls using PhoneBurner.
This report breaks it down to show not only how many times each individual disposition was used, but also what that represents as a percentage during that selected date range.
For most of you, the "No Answer / Left Message" or "Voicemail" disposition—however you've configured it—will likely be in the 70–80% range. Let’s be honest, not everyone answers the phone when you call. They might not be available to answer at that moment.
This report gives you a solid overview of what buttons you and your team are using. And if you're managing a team, it also gives you insight into whether coaching is needed around which dispositions to use—and when.
So that’s a quick overview of the Disposition Summary Report. It’s a helpful tool for understanding how you and your team are using dispositions when making and receiving calls through PhoneBurner.
Thanks again, and happy dialing!
