When you're powering through your calls using PhoneBurner, you have the option to enable call recording.
If you’ve activated this feature, PhoneBurner will automatically record any live conversation you have. These recordings are then saved to the corresponding contact record in PhoneBurner.
Here’s what that looks like:
I just finished a call and selected a disposition. Now, I’ll go ahead and end this dial session.
Next, I’ll return to my PhoneBurner account and refresh the contact record. After refreshing, I can click on the Call Recordings option to view the saved recording.
If you’ve integrated your PhoneBurner account with HubSpot and set up two-way sync, you can also have these call activities — including the recording — automatically logged back to the contact record in HubSpot.
Here’s an example: Clicking Review Recording in HubSpot allows me to listen to the saved call.
If you’re also using HubSpot’s call transcription feature, you’ll see the call transcribed directly in the contact record.
Keep in mind that transcriptions may take some time to process, but you’ll receive a notification once they’re available. Once complete, you’ll have detailed insights from the conversation right in your HubSpot record.
