Temporary Contact Sharing
Temporary contact sharing allows agents on a team to temporarily have view / edit access to contacts that they no longer own, when they receive a call back from that contact into the dial session.
The problem we're solving ( example)
- A seat on a standalone team calls a contact using our phone numbers.
- That contact gets recycled or transferred to another account via a disposition or leadstream recycle.
- The contact calls back the agent, and we route the call into the dialer.
Prior to this update, none of the contact information would populate in the dialer window, and the agent has no context for who is calling.
This will assist standalone teams who use purchased numbers alongside LeadStream. The agents will immediately have context of who is calling so they can answer the call and immediately know who they're talking too.
