📝 Cleaned-Up Transcript:
As an admin or team leader, you understand the importance of being effective and efficient with your time. That’s probably why you're using the PhoneBurner power dialer—to help your team get more done in less time.
This video is part of the LeadStream training series. If you haven’t watched the other LeadStream-specific videos, we highly recommend you go back and check those out since they build upon each other. In this training, we’ll focus specifically on the Distributed Leads Report.
Accessing LeadStream Reports
From your admin dashboard:
- Click on the Reports tab under My Team
- On the left-hand side, click LeadStream Reports
- Select Distributed Leads Report
Understanding the Report
This report shows you which contacts were distributed to which team members—and what’s happened to those contacts since distribution. It’s crucial for all types of LeadStreams:
- Blind Pull: A lead is distributed when a rep calls a contact
- RoundRobin: Leads are distributed automatically as they become available
- Preview Pull/Lead Blitz: Leads are distributed when reps claim them
Filtering the Report
You can apply filters for:
- Date range (e.g., custom range like June 26–30)
- Team member (view data for an individual or the entire team)
- LeadStream (specific stream or all)
Click Run Report to generate the results.
Example:
- Heather received 499 leads
- Jeff received 250
- Cassie received 249
Clicking on the number (e.g., 499) will show all leads distributed to that user, along with the LeadStream they came from.
Timeline View
Click View Timeline next to any contact to see:
- When the contact was created
- When it was distributed
- When it was recycled or redistributed
- Whether it was “successfully worked”
“Successfully worked” simply means the lead was dispositioned and removed from the stream—not necessarily that the outcome was positive. “Not Interested” counts the same as “Follow-Up” here.
You can also view whether a contact has cycled through multiple LeadStreams, which is great for analyzing complex workflows.
Status Column
Shows whether the contact has been dispositioned. If blank, that contact hasn’t been worked since distribution—critical for assessing rep follow-through.
Exporting Reports
Two export options are available:
- Download Report as CSV
- A summary view of lead counts per team member and stream
- Download Detailed Breakdown as CSV
- Includes rich contact-level data:
- Team member
- Contact name
- Folder
- Dates (added, first call, last call)
- Total calls
- Outcome (disposition)
- Notes
- Ownership and call tracking
- Email activity, dial sessions, and more
- Includes rich contact-level data:
This detailed export helps you analyze time-to-call, call effort, and what actions were taken with each lead. It’s especially useful for spotting high or low-performing reps and leads.
Final Thoughts
Running the Distributed Leads Report gives you crucial insight into how your data is being assigned, worked, and dispositioned across various LeadStreams. It helps ensure that your processes are effective and that no leads fall through the cracks.
Thanks for watching this video. We hope it helps you and your organization get more done in less time using the power of PhoneBurner. Happy dialing!
