📝 Cleaned-Up Transcript:
As a team admin or team leader using the LeadStream functionality in PhoneBurner, it’s important to understand the reporting tools available to you. In this video, we’ll focus specifically on the Recycled Leads Report.
How to Access the Report
Start by navigating to the Reports tab under the My Team section of your admin account.
- On the left-hand side, click on LeadStream Reports
- From there, choose Recycled Leads Report
Filter Options
Once selected, you’ll have a few filters to apply:
- Date Range – Choose from presets like “Today,” “Yesterday,” or “Last 30 Days.”
- In this video, we’re using Last 30 Days.
- Team Member –
- You can view recycled leads across the entire team, or filter for a specific team member.
- LeadStream –
- You can analyze all LeadStreams or focus on just one.
After setting your filters, click Run Report.
Reviewing the Report
Once the report runs, you’ll see a list of team members who had leads recycled during the selected timeframe.
- If a team member isn’t listed, it means they had no recycled leads in that period.
For example, in this demo, we see 338 leads recycled for Jeff. Click on that number to drill down into the details.
Lead-Level Details
Drilling into a team member’s recycled leads shows:
- LeadStream the contact came from (e.g., “Hot Fresh Leads,” “Preview Pull,” etc.)
- Call Status – What was the last disposition?
- Distribution Date
- A timeline for each contact (click “View Timeline”)
- See when the lead was created, distributed, and recycled.
This allows you to trace the contact’s full journey through the system.
Filtering Further
You can refine the view even more—for example:
- Filter by Jeff as the team member
- Filter by “Hot Fresh Leads” as the LeadStream
This lets you zero in on very specific activity patterns.
CSV Export
You can export the report by clicking “Download Report as CSV.”
- The export mirrors what you see on screen in a simple spreadsheet format.
- You can download filtered reports (by team member or LeadStream) or the full report.
Again, this export is pretty basic—meant more for reference or sharing, not deep analytics.
And that wraps up the overview of the Recycled Leads Report in LeadStream.
Using this report helps you track how leads are moving through the system, monitor rep activity, and decide when it’s time to refresh or adjust your lead distribution strategy.
Thanks for watching, and happy dialing!
