✅ Summary:
This training video covers two valuable LeadStream reports in PhoneBurner: the Team Members Report and the Available Leads Report. These reports help admins monitor LeadStream assignments and lead availability to ensure reps are targeting the right leads and nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Highlights:
- Accessing Reports:
- Go to Team > Reports > LeadStream Reports
- Select either Team Members or Available Leads
🧑🤝🧑 Team Members Report
- No date range selection needed
- Displays all LeadStreams that each team member is currently assigned to
- Great for verifying LeadStream access by rep
- Especially useful if you assign LeadStreams selectively (not every rep on every stream)
📊 Available Leads Report
- No filters or date ranges required
- Shows how many leads are currently in the distribution folder for each LeadStream
- Especially helpful for blind pull and preview pull LeadStreams (not round-robin)
- Each lead total is clickable, showing:
- Number of leads at each call count level (e.g., 0 calls, 1 call, etc.)
- Helps identify when it's time to refresh a LeadStream with new data
📁 CSV Export Option
- Both reports offer a CSV download
- Simple export showing high-level data
- Useful for record-keeping or sharing summaries

📝 Cleaned-Up Transcript:
As an admin or team leader using LeadStream in PhoneBurner, it’s essential to understand the reporting tools available to help your team stay effective and efficient. In this video, we’ll cover two specific LeadStream reports: the Team Members Report and the Available Leads Report.
These reports are part of the full LeadStream training module, and like the other videos, they build on each other—so be sure to watch the full series for the complete picture.
Accessing the Reports
From your admin account, navigate to:
- Team tab > Reports
- On the left, select LeadStream Reports
Here, you’ll see several report options. In this session, we’ll focus on:
- Team Members Report
- Available Leads Report
Team Members Report
Start by selecting Team Members, then click Run Report.
- You won’t select a date range or filter here.
- The system simply shows you which team members are part of which LeadStreams.
This is a quick way to audit assignments:
- If every rep is added to every LeadStream, this report may not be as useful.
- But if you're intentional about who gets access to what, this report can help you confirm assignments are accurate.
Available Leads Report
Next, select Available Leads and click Run Report.
- Again, no filtering options—this pulls a simple list of how many leads are currently available in each LeadStream’s distribution folder.
This is especially helpful for blind pull or preview pull LeadStreams, where leads remain in a pool for reps to access. (Round-robin LeadStreams typically show zero available leads unless limits are in place.)
Each number is clickable, letting you drill down into call counts:
- For example, if a LeadStream has 175 leads, clicking that number shows you how many of them have:
- Never been called (Call count = 0)
- Been called once, twice, etc.
- If most of your leads are sitting at 0 calls, it's a signal to notify your team to start dialing.
- If they’re all at 10+ calls, it might be time to refresh the LeadStream with new leads.
CSV Export
Both reports have a Download CSV option.
- The export is very basic—just a summary of what you see on screen.
- It includes counts per LeadStream or team member assignments.
- It’s not something you’ll download regularly, but it can be useful for documentation or sharing.
And that’s your overview of the Team Members Report and the Available Leads Report in LeadStream.
Use these reports to better manage team assignments and lead flow so you can stay ahead of lead fatigue, optimize call activity, and make sure the right people are targeting the right leads.
Thanks again, and happy dialing!
