📝 Cleaned-Up Transcript:
For those of you team admins using LeadStream to help your organization be as effective and efficient with PhoneBurner as possible, it’s essential that you understand what reports are available beyond the general reporting dashboard. That’s what we’ll be covering in this training video.
This video is part of a series of LeadStream-specific trainings, and here we’re going to focus on one report in particular: the Disposition Summary Report.
Accessing the Report
The best way to access LeadStream reports is:
- Go to the Team tab in your admin account
- Click on Reports
- On the left-hand side, select LeadStream Reports
This takes you to the LeadStream-specific reporting area. You'll see several report types listed here.
For this training, we’re selecting Disposition Summary.
Filtering Options
Once selected, scroll down and configure your report:
- Date Range:
- Choose a preset range (like “Last 30 Days”) or set a custom range.
- Team Member:
- View data for the entire team or drill down to individual users.
- LeadStream:
- View all LeadStreams or select a specific LeadStream to analyze.
Then, click Run Report.
Understanding the Report
This report shows a breakdown of dispositions, which are the outcome buttons your team uses during calls (e.g., “Left Message,” “Not Interested,” “Set Appointment”).
The key thing to remember is:
This data only reflects calls made to contacts through LeadStreams.
Calls made outside of a LeadStream will not appear here.
You’ll be able to see:
- The most frequently used dispositions
- Call outcomes by team member
- Trends in contact engagement
For example, in my demo account, the most common disposition used is "Left Message"—not surprising, but helpful in understanding team outreach effectiveness.
Filtering by Team Member or LeadStream
You can further break the data down:
- By team member: See how an individual rep is handling their LeadStream contacts.
- By LeadStream: Identify which dispositions are being used in each campaign or data type (e.g., “Hot Fresh Leads” vs. “Winbacks”).
This gives you a clearer picture of what's happening at a more granular level.
Exporting the Data
Click “Download Report as CSV” to export the data.
The CSV includes:
- Caller
- Contact name
- Phone number
- Lead source
- Date added to system
- Last call date
- Total call attempts
- Call result (disposition)
This data gives you a more detailed understanding of how your reps are engaging with leads and which outcomes are most common across your campaigns.
And that’s your overview of the Disposition Summary Report in LeadStream reporting.
I hope this helps you and your organization get the most out of PhoneBurner so you can improve your team's effectiveness and close more deals.
Thanks again, and happy dialing!
