📝 Cleaned-Up Transcript:
Let's break it down.
All right—here we are continuing through the LeadStream training module. In this specific training video, we’re going to be focusing on LeadStream Reports.
If you're using the LeadStream feature in PhoneBurner, you're clearly aiming to be as efficient as possible with your data and your team. The LeadStream reporting tools are designed to help you better understand where your team is spending their time and where they're finding success.
Today, we’re specifically going to cover the LeadStream Breakdown Report.
Accessing the Report
Hopefully, you already know how to get there, but here’s a quick refresher:
- Go to the Team tab
- Click Reports
- On the left-hand side, select LeadStream Reports
This will bring you to a section where you can see all the reports that are LeadStream-specific. These reports only show calls made through LeadStreams. If a contact was added directly to a user’s account—not via a LeadStream—those calls won’t show up here.
LeadStream Breakdown Report
Click on the LeadStream Breakdown option.
- First, choose your date range (e.g., last 30 days).
- Then, select whether you want to view data for the entire team or for a specific team member.
- You’ll notice you cannot filter by individual leads—because this report is focused on LeadStreams, not leads.
Once you make your selections and run the report, you’ll see each LeadStream that had activity during your selected date range.
Example View
In this demo, I had four LeadStreams with activity in the last 30 days:
- Hot Fresh Leads
- 13 calls
- 6 connections (46.2% connect rate)
- 11 contacts called
- 42 seconds talk time
- 2 voicemails
- 2 emails
- Winbacks
- 12 calls
- 3 connections (25% connect rate)
- 12 contacts called
- 15 seconds talk time
Obviously, this is sample data, but it gives you an idea of what to expect.
What It Tells You
This report helps you compare how each LeadStream is performing side by side. If you're running different types of data into different LeadStreams—or if different team members are assigned to specific streams—you can quickly see which types of leads are converting and which are not.
By identifying LeadStreams with low connect rates or low performance, you can reallocate resources or coach your team to improve results.
Filtering by User
Let’s say we switch the filter to show just Jeff’s activity. Now, we only see the LeadStreams where Jeff made calls.
Switch it to Heather—same thing. Maybe she only made calls in one LeadStream.
This lets you drill down to see how each team member is performing within each LeadStream.
Exporting the Report
You can also click “Download Report as CSV” if you want to share or archive the data. It’s a straightforward export that mirrors what you see on the screen.
And that’s a quick overview of the LeadStream Breakdown Report. I hope this helps you guide your team more effectively, make smarter decisions with your lead purchases, and ultimately close more deals using the power of PhoneBurner.
Thanks again, and happy dialing!
