As an admin, you want to be effective and efficient—and LeadStream is one tool within PhoneBurner that helps your team work more efficiently on outbound calls.
In this training, we’re talking about the reporting aspect of LeadStream.
Accessing LeadStream Reports
To access these reports:
- Go to the Team tab
- Click on Reports
- On the left-hand side, select LeadStream Reports
LeadStream reports differ from standard PhoneBurner reports. The standard reports show data for every call made by every team member, regardless of source. LeadStream reports, however, focus specifically on team members and calls that are part of a LeadStream.
The Member Breakdown Report
Today, we’re looking at the Member Breakdown report.
Once you're on the LeadStream Reports page:
- Select Member Breakdown on the left
- Choose your date range (e.g., “Last 30 days”)
- Select a specific LeadStream—you cannot choose all LeadStreams at once
When you run the report, it will show only the team members who made calls within that selected LeadStream during the specified date range.
Even though this is demo data (so there may not be much activity), the concept is what matters.
The report includes:
- Total calls
- Connected calls
- Connect rate
- Contacts called
- Talk time
- Voicemails left
- Emails sent
This is incredibly valuable for identifying top performers within each LeadStream and understanding where individual reps thrive.
Real-World Use Case
One team I worked with set up LeadStreams by industry. The admin would regularly review this Member Breakdown report to:
- Find the rep with the highest connect rate in each industry-specific LeadStream
- Listen to that rep’s calls
- Use those calls as training examples for the rest of the team
What they discovered was fascinating: Some team members consistently outperformed others in specific LeadStreams. It often came down to how well their style matched with the contacts in that particular industry. By spotting this trend, the admin could assign reps more strategically based on their strengths.
