Blind Pull (most common) - This option allows you to create a pool of leads in the admin account that all of your agents or the agents that you've selected to participate in it can then make calls from and we will dynamically feed the leads to your agents so that nobody is calling the same lead at the same time.
Blind Pull LeadStream prioritize the "Newest" uncalled contacts first then after all contacts have been called it goes based on the last call date (it's sorted by the longest period of time since the last call. So if they've been called recently they are at the back of the line).
So for example if you import a file today of say 1000 records and your team calls through 500 records on that list. Then tomorrow you add another 1000 Leads to the list the system will call the newest 1000 before it will pick up and start calling through the older 500 leads.
Preview Pull- The preview pull is similar to the blind pull, only it allows your agents to preview a little bit of information about each of the contacts so they can claim it. Once they've claimed the contact that they want to call then they can go and select them and start a dial session.
Lead Blitz-This option or this type is designed for teams that are working real time leads. Maybe you're working with a lead vendor and you have real-time leads being delivered, or maybe you have real-time leads that are coming in from your website and you want to have your agents get on the phone quickly with those contacts. Those are your hottest contacts, so you want to call them right away and so lead blitz allows you to notify all of your agents that are currently logged into their phone burner account when a new lead is available so they can quickly and immediately start calling.
Note: When using lead blitz with the softphone, as soon as a lead is claimed, it is dialed using the click to call option and does not use the disposition button or dial session settings. This means that local id and caller ID settings are not used with this method.
Round Robin- This is designed to evenly distribute leads from the admin account to the agent’s account, so it actually transfers the contacts into the agent’s account and the agents then will manage the contacts on their own
