Hello there! This is Jeff Osness, the Principal Evangelist at PhoneBurner, and I want to show you how to automatically send data from Lead Center directly to PhoneBurner—without needing to export and import manually.
Step 1: Set Up Access from Lead Center
From the Lead Center Manage Leads page, click the dialer icon in the upper-right corner and then click Continue.
You’ll land in your Account Settings. Scroll down to Third-Party Integration, and you’ll see PhoneBurner listed there.
Don’t have a PhoneBurner account yet?
Click the Sign-Up link to create one through the Lead Center partnership page—and save money while you're at it.
Step 2: Link Your Accounts
Once you have your PhoneBurner account, click Link in Lead Center.
You’ll be prompted to enter a Personal Access Token from PhoneBurner.
Step 3: Generate Your Personal Access Token
In PhoneBurner:

Click your initials or profile picture in the top-right corner.

Go to Integrations.

Click on Personal Access Tokens.

Click Generate New Token, then copy it.
Now paste that token into Lead Center and click Allow Access.
Step 4: Data Sync
Once linked:

Lead Center will automatically sync the last 6 months of data into PhoneBurner.

All future leads will sync automatically moving forward.
If you return to Manage Leads, you’ll now see the dialer icon replaced with a PhoneBurner icon—click it to go directly to PhoneBurner.
Step 5: View Synced Contacts in PhoneBurner
In your PhoneBurner account, go to Contacts.
The synced leads will appear in your default folder (e.g., “Lead Center”).
From here, just select the contacts and start your dial session.
And that’s it! That’s how easy it is to start syncing your contacts directly from Lead Center to PhoneBurner—automatically.
