Hey, stop leaving money on the table!
If you're using Zoho's SalesIQ product to track your website visitors but not following up with those visitors using the PhoneBurner Power Dialer, you’re missing a huge opportunity.
Following up with your site visitors regularly ensures their needs are met, and there’s no better way to do this than with PhoneBurner in Zoho CRM.
All that valuable SalesIQ site activity is automatically feeding back into your Zoho CRM — directly into the contact or lead records. You can leverage this data to build targeted call lists.
For example, let’s say you want to create a list of all your site visitors from yesterday. By filtering contacts based on their most recent site visit, you can easily identify and follow up with those leads.
To prevent overcalling, you can also filter contacts by their Last Call Date using PhoneBurner.
Once you’ve built your custom list, all your team needs to do is:
- Load the list.
- Select the records that qualify.
- Click the PhoneBurner button to begin a dial session.
From there, PhoneBurner allows you to power through your calls efficiently.
- If no one answers, simply click a button to leave a voicemail or send a follow-up email, then move to the next call.
- If someone does answer, there’s no awkward delay — you’re instantly connected and can start the conversation right away.
During the call, you can update records, add notes, or schedule follow-up dates directly in the PhoneBurner dial session window.
For example, let’s say I just had a great conversation with Clinton and scheduled a follow-up for a few weeks from now. Once I disposition that call, all that information — including the outcome, call date, and follow-up details — will sync back to Clinton’s record in Zoho CRM.
When I refresh my list, you’ll see those contacts I just called are now removed. This keeps your lists dynamic and focused on fresh leads.
If you can’t get through the entire list in one session, no problem! Just come back later and pick up where you left off.
So, what are you waiting for? Start building your lists in Zoho CRM, leverage your SalesIQ data, and ensure you’re connecting with your website visitors efficiently.
Thanks for taking the time to watch this video — and happy dialing!
