You may find in some cases, when you update a field in Phoneburner during a call that it is not updating in Zoho. The first thing to check is to make sure the field is available in the module you are using. ( If it is a contacts field and you are calling a lead, it may not show up )
Some fields in Zoho may be set up to require validation. If this is the case, it may block Phoneburner from updating the field.
