Cleaned-Up Transcript
Are you creating Dynamic Lists in Zoho CRM so you can always pick up your prospecting efforts where you left off?
If not, let me show you how PhoneBurner can help you streamline the process.
Here’s my prospecting list with 192 records that I need to reach out to. Using PhoneBurner, I can select all these records and initiate a PhoneBurner dial session.
This allows me to power through my calls at a rate of 60 to 80 dials per hour, simplifying my outreach efforts and maximizing my time.
- If someone doesn't answer, I can click to leave a voicemail and optionally send an email.
- Clicking No Answer moves me on to the next call immediately.
- If someone does answer, there’s no pause, delay, or awkward silence — I simply click the Live Answer button to log the conversation.
For example, let’s say I talked to Iron Man, and he asked me to follow up in two weeks — I’ll click the Follow-up button, set the date, and move on.
If I need to end my dial session early, no problem. After closing the dial session window, I’m back in Zoho CRM.
Now, here's the magic of Dynamic Lists:
Since I’ve created my list dynamically, I never have to remember where I left off. After refreshing the page, my list has dropped from 192 contacts to 189 — those three contacts I just called have been automatically removed.
This is because my list is configured to exclude:
- Contacts with a Last Call Time marked as today.
- Contacts that have never been called.
Meanwhile, my separate Called Today list shows the three contacts I just reached out to. This ensures I stay organized and focused.
By leveraging Dynamic Lists in Zoho CRM with PhoneBurner, you can easily stay on task, maximize your productivity, and always know exactly who to call next.
Thanks for taking a moment to watch this video — and happy dialing!
