How do I set up Zoom integration?

Phoneburner Now has built-in integration with Zoom© so that you can start a meeting directly from your dial session or a contact record. 

Just go to your Zoom Profile and copy your personal meeting ID and enter it into your integration settings.

Your meeting id must start with https://zoom.us in order to work.

Your meeting invite will send an email to your contact to start the meeting and also show on the activity tab of your contact record to show a meeting invite was sent. 

At this time you are not able to schedule a zoom meeting on the calendar or search using "advanced search" to find those you have had meetings with, but you can create and add a disposition and status if needed to mark it that you did have a meeting with a contact during a dial session.
