- For custom Zoho modules, you can manually create these three fields with the exact same names, and PhoneBurner will automatically update them.

When using the PhoneBurner Power Dialer with Zoho, there are three key fields that we add to your account for all standard modules:
- PhoneBurner Follow-Up Date
- PhoneBurner Last Call Time
- PhoneBurner Last Call Outcome
How Each Field Works
- Last Call Time and Last Call Outcome are automatically updated after every call.
- The Follow-Up Date field is only updated if you select a disposition that either:
- Requires you to set a follow-up date.
- Is configured to clear an existing follow-up date.
Example: Clearing a Follow-Up Date
Suppose a Zoho contact has a follow-up date set for February 7th, 2025.
- If you select a disposition that’s configured to clear the follow-up date, PhoneBurner will update the field in Zoho to remove the date.
- After refreshing the Zoho contact record, you'll see that the follow-up date is now empty.
Example: Setting a Follow-Up Date
If you select a disposition that requires a follow-up date:
- The system will prompt you to select a date from the calendar.
- After selecting the date and clicking the disposition, the new follow-up date will be reflected in Zoho.
Upon refreshing the contact record in Zoho, you’ll see the updated Follow-Up Date, Last Call Time, and Last Call Outcome fields.
Custom Module Support
If you’re using custom modules in Zoho, simply create three fields with the exact same names as these standard fields, and PhoneBurner will automatically update them after each call.
