- Submitting a Business Verification Form
- Completing the SMS A2P Compliance form

What IS the Process?
We are registering you for A2P 10DLC compliant communications. Carriers have implemented new regulations and procedures that all businesses must comply with in order to send SMS messages via a software application to customers on their network.
As one major Carrier stated:
“This is an industry-wide change to improve the Campaign Vetting process with the goal of reducing spam, fraud, and unwanted messaging, and protect SMS as a trusted communications channel in the U.S. Every messaging provider who services A2P Campaigns is required to conduct this vetting.”
How long does it take?
Honestly, it depends.
Businesses are vetted, identities are checked, and consent procedures are verified so Carriers can ensure their customers are receiving messages they expressly requested.
This is a very manual third-party process and thousands of businesses are being vetted alongside yours.
Your Typeform responses, website accessibility, and the clarity and ability to verify your consent process all play a role in the amount of time it takes for the A2P 10DLC due-diligence process.
Typically it takes 10-15 business days, but it could take less, or more if clarifications are needed.
