In this specific training, we’re continuing our Salesforce integration for PhoneBurner®, and we’re going to add the dial session button to the Leads object.

Hopefully, you've already installed the PhoneBurner app. If not, please do that first.

Step-by-Step: Add PhoneBurner Button to Leads

1. Go to Setup in Salesforce.

2. Click on Object Manager.

3. In the Quick Find box, type Lead and select the Lead object.

4. On the left-hand sidebar, click Search Layouts.

5. Click the dropdown menu next to Default Layout → click Edit.

6. In the Available Buttons section, find “Begin PhoneBurner Session.”

7. Add it to the Selected Buttons, then click Save.

8. On the left sidebar, click List View Button Layout.

9. Click the dropdown menu on the right → Edit.

10. Again, find “Begin PhoneBurner Session”, move it over, and click Save.

Final Step: Test It

• Go back to your Leads tab.

• Refresh the page.

• Choose a list view with leads you want to call.

• You’ll now see the PhoneBurner button in the action bar.

• Select one or more leads and click Begin PhoneBurner Session to start dialing.
