Hello there, and thank you for taking a moment to watch this video.
In this training, weâre continuing our Salesforce integration training for PhoneBurnerÂź.
As always, this is part of a broader seriesâso if you havenât watched these in order, I highly recommend going back and starting from the beginning.
Topic: Voicemail Recordings
If youâve already watched the training on Named Credentials and API Keys, then you know that PhoneBurner lets you manage voicemail recordings directly inside Salesforce.
Within Salesforce:
You can listen to voicemail recordings,
Rename them,
And even access instructions to record new voicemails via phone without switching over to the PhoneBurner UI.
đ Note: Donât use the example PIN shownâthis one is tied to my personal account.
For Users Who Prefer the PhoneBurner Interface
You can also manage voicemails from inside the PhoneBurner platform.
Click your initials in the upper right.
Go to Dial Session Settings.
Then click on Voice Library.
There, youâll see your entire voicemail listâwhich matches what you see in Salesforce.
To add a new voicemail, you have three options:
Record using your browser/headset,
Upload an audio file,
Or call in by phone using the provided instructions and PIN.
The phone instructions mirror what you see in Salesforce, although PhoneBurner displays two numbers to choose from.
For this example, Iâll upload an audio file:
Select a file,
Click Save,
The recording appears in your list, complete with a creation date.
From here, I can listen, download, or delete that voicemail.
Syncing with Salesforce
Now, jumping back to Salesforce:
After a refresh, youâll see the new voicemail listed.
You can then rename it right from Salesforce (for example, change â09/28/2025 10:43 AMâ to âVoicemail â Pricing Follow-Upâ).
Donât forget to click Save after renaming!
đ Changes made in Salesforce sync back to PhoneBurner, keeping everything consistent.
And thatâs how easy it is to manage voicemail recordings for PhoneBurner dial sessions.
Whether you're in Salesforce or PhoneBurner, it's fast, intuitive, and fully integrated.
Thanks again for watching, and as alwaysâhappy dialing!
