Key highlights include:
-
Pre-installed reports are available for:
-
Calls made this week, month, quarter, and year
-
Disposition breakdowns for each of those timeframes
-
-
Reports are based on Salesforce task/activity logs generated by PhoneBurner dial sessions.
-
A pre-built dashboard aggregates these reports visually for quick reference.
-
While the reports focus on the Leads object, they can be cloned and customized for Contacts, Accounts, or Opportunities.
-
Users must click "Refresh" on the dashboard to view the most recent call data, as Salesforce dashboards do not auto-refresh by default.

Hello there! Thank you for taking a moment to watch this video.
In this training, we’re continuing our series on the PhoneBurner integration with Salesforce.
If you haven’t already, I highly recommend watching all of the videos in this series to make sure you’re fully set up to take advantage of everything the integration offers.
At this point, you should have the PhoneBurner app up and running, and your team is hopefully powering through calls faster than ever before.
So you may be asking:
"What about reporting?"
Can I see how effective my team is when making calls using PhoneBurner? The answer is: Absolutely, yes.
Reporting Overview
PhoneBurner has built-in reporting within its own platform, but this video is going to focus specifically on the Salesforce reports that come pre-installed with the PhoneBurner package.
Let’s jump over to the Reports tab in Salesforce.
You can search "PhoneBurner" under "All Reports" to quickly find them.Types of Reports Included:
These reports are based on the Leads object only (by design), to reduce clutter.
You’ll find:
Calls Made – This Week, This Month, This Quarter, This Year
Disposition Reports – showing breakdowns of call outcomes during each timeframe
These are great starting points. You can clone and modify them if you’d like similar reports for Contacts, Accounts, or Opportunities.
Let’s click into "PhoneBurner – Lead Calls This Month."
You’ll see a breakdown by week, with a detailed view of all logged activities and call results.
Dashboard Integration
These reports are also part of the PhoneBurner Dashboard (which you may have already added to your homepage).
On the dashboard, you’ll find:
Lead calls by week, month, quarter, and year
Each report includes total calls and a disposition breakdown
🔄 Reminder: Salesforce dashboards do not auto-refresh.
You’ll need to click the Refresh button manually to see the latest data.
And that’s a quick overview of the pre-built PhoneBurner reporting tools available in Salesforce.
You don’t need to configure anything additional—just start using PhoneBurner, and these reports will update automatically as calls are logged.
I hope this helps you get more insight into your team's activity using the power of PhoneBurner.
Thanks again—and happy dialing!
