Once you’ve installed the PhoneBurner app into your Salesforce org, the next step is to add the PhoneBurner button to the Account object.

Step-by-Step Setup:

1. Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner and go to Setup.

2. In Setup, go to Object Manager.

3. Search for and select the Account object.

4. On the left-hand side, click Search Layouts.

5. Find the Default Layout, click the dropdown menu on the right, and choose Edit.

6. You should see the button: “Begin Account PhoneBurner Session”.

7. Select it, click Add, and then click Save.

Next:

8. Click on List View Button Layout (still under the Account object).

9. Again, click the dropdown on the right and choose Edit.

10. Find “Begin Account PhoneBurner Session” under available buttons, click Add, and then Save.
