-
-
Identify Custom Fields in Nimble:
-
Go to Workflows and locate your pipeline (e.g., Basic Sales Pipeline).
-
Find or create your custom fields (e.g., custom date, custom text).

Map it to a corresponding custom field in PhoneBurner (you must have already created this on the PhoneBurner side).
-
Repeat the process for each field you want to map.
-
✅ Note: Date fields and text fields can be successfully mapped. Not all field types are currently supported.
-
-
Save and Test the Mapping:
-
Click Save Mapping once your selections are complete.
-
Return to your Contacts, select a contact like George Sample, and initiate a dial session.
-
-
Confirm Field Visibility During Calls:

Hello there, and thank you for taking a moment to watch this video. In this training, we’re going to continue discussing the Nimble CRM integration with the PhoneBurner® power dialer.
At this point, you should already have your PhoneBurner account linked to Nimble and, hopefully, have even made a few calls to see how activities are logged in Nimble.
Adding Additional Data to Your Dial Sessions
Out of the box, PhoneBurner automatically pulls basic contact details from Nimble—like name and phone numbers—into the dialer. But what if you have additional custom data you want to see while calling?
Let’s walk through how to map custom fields from Nimble to PhoneBurner so you can access that information during your dial sessions.
Step 1: Locate Your Custom Fields in Nimble
We’ll start by heading over to the Data Fields section within your Workflows. You might have your own naming conventions here, but in my example:
-
I’ve created a custom date field—this could represent appointment dates, renewal reminders, etc.
-
I’ve also added a custom text field, which could store a personal note or reference point.
Step 2: Map the Fields to PhoneBurner
Now, let’s head over to Settings, and then open the PhoneBurner integration settings.
Once everything loads, go to the Field Mapping section. Here's how to proceed:
-
Click on the Nimble field dropdown.
-
Locate your custom fields (mine are under Basic Sales Pipeline in Workflows).
-
Choose the custom date field, and map it to a matching custom field in PhoneBurner.
If you haven’t created this field in PhoneBurner yet, you’ll need to do that first.
Next, add another mapping:
-
Select the custom text field.
-
Map it to your custom text field in PhoneBurner.
📌 Important Note: Not all field types are supported. Currently, date fields and text fields work smoothly.
Click Save Mapping to complete the setup.
Step 3: Test Your Dial Session
Go back to your Contacts list in Nimble and navigate to your Basic Sales Pipeline.
Let’s launch a quick dial session with George Sample.
Go through the dial session setup, and once connected, you’ll now see the custom Nimble fields displayed in the dial window. You can use this information in real-time to guide your conversation and build a more personalized connection.
And that’s it! That’s how simple it is to map additional fields from Nimble to the PhoneBurner power dialer, giving you better access to valuable information during calls.
Thanks for watching, and happy dialing!
