When you make a dial to a contact from Salesforce, the integration into PhoneBurner sends over some basic information.
We store:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone numbers
- Email address
These are the required fields we need to call the contacts, email the contacts and do very basic email personalization.
Everything else remains safely in Salesforce and is not transferred over to PhoneBurner.
This data is stored in PhoneBurner after the call is made is available so you can pull reports and see dial session data, but no other information from the contact record is pulled in.
