If you select a list of contacts in Salesforce and the number of contacts added to the dial session is less than the number selected, check to make sure the contacts all have phone numbers. Contacts/Leads in Salesforce that do not have a phone will not be added to the list to call.
Also check to make sure that the phone number is not in a custom field that is not mapped in the PhoneBurner Salesforce integration settings.
