Salesforce has a lot of configuration settings to allow/prevent certain users and profiles to have access to certain options. If some or all of your team members are running into permission-related issues, or don't see the PhoneBurner App or Tabs, it is likely that settings inside of Salesforce are the issue. This Video will walk you through the many security and visual options for the PhoneBurner app, and the modifications you should make to give users the access and permissions they need.
If you are limiting access to your Salesforce account based on approved IP addresses, here are the addresses you’ll need to add to the Network Access section for the group or specific profiles:
198.47.92.97
198.47.92.98
198.47.93.49
198.47.92.0/255
198.47.93.0/255
198.47.94.0/255
52.53.118.44
13.57.114.30
Once you have gone through each of these sections outlined in the video, your members should have full access to use PhoneBurner. We’re here to help if you need it.
