Occasionally there may be trouble connecting to PhoneBurner if the connection is coming from a corporate office or from a SalesForce account. This is due to a firewall blocking an IP address.
When this occurs, the following error message is received:
error connecting to salesforce > ip restricted
Make sure that these IP addresses are not blocked:
(This may require the assistance of your Administrator or IT dept.)
If you have confirmed that these IP's are allowed connections for your location and you still have trouble connecting, please contact PhoneBurner Technical Support via the Support tab in your account.
