Access Setup:
- As an Admin, click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page and select Setup.

Navigate to Object Manager:
- In Setup, click on Object Manager.
- Type in Contact or Lead — for this example, I’ll use the Contact object.

Edit the Contact Page Layout:
- Click the Contact object, then select Page Layouts.
- Choose the layout you want to modify — I’m editing the Contact Layout in this example.

Add the Start Dialing Button:
- In the layout editor, click Mobile & Lightning Actions.
- Drag the Start Dialing button into the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Actions section.
- Click Quick Save or Save.

Verify the Button on a Contact Record:
- Return to a Contact record and refresh the page.
- You'll now see the Start Dialing button available.
Clicking this button will immediately launch a PhoneBurner Dial Session. After dispositioning the call, all call activities will automatically log back to the contact record.
