Phoneburner offers an option to dial from Phoneburner directly and have your calls log the status back to your Salesforce contacts. This will allow you to use Phoneburner features like Leadstreams for contact/lead distribution with your Saleforce contacts and leads.
You do not need to install the app in Salesforce if you do not need to use Flows with the custom fields options. This will simply log the call status back to Salesforce.
If you would like to have this feature in your account, contact support@phoneburner.com and ask to have it added to your account.
Once it enabled in your account, you will need to export your contacts or leads from Salesforce and be sure to include the Record ID (Map this to the Salesforce ID while importing in to Phoneburner).The first time a dial session is done, you will be prompted to grant access to Salesforce so that the activities can get logged.
Please let us know in your request if you would like to dial from Leads or Contacts ( only one can be chosen at this time) and if you would like to see only the standard Phoneburner Dialer window with basic information or if you would like to see the iFrame version that appears like the dialer does in Salesforce.
If you wish to dial from other object types or use Flows , you will need to install the Phoneburner app from the app exchange and dial from your lists in Salesforce directly.
