Hello there, and thank you for taking a moment to watch this video. In this training, I want to tell you about a new integration between PhoneBurner® and the GoHighLevel CRM.
Now, to be clear—this integration was not built by PhoneBurner. It was created by the team at Marketer Toolkit for GoHighLevel using both the PhoneBurner API and the GoHighLevel API.
Let me show you just how simple it is to take advantage of this integration once everything is configured.
Starting the Dial Session
Here, I'm looking at a list of contacts in my GoHighLevel account. Since the integration is already configured, I can:

Select the contacts I want to call.

Click the PhoneBurner button to launch a dial session.
Before clicking, I want to highlight the option:
“Enable Contact Sync During Call.”
I highly recommend leaving this enabled. You’ll see why in just a moment.
Let’s go ahead and launch the dial session.
Dial Session Setup
As the dial session window loads, the GoHighLevel contact screen in the background updates to show the first contact that’s going to be called. That’s why keeping the sync checkbox selected is important—it keeps your CRM up to date with where you are in the dial session.
Now, I’ll configure the session:

Select a phone script.

Choose dialing and live answer sets.

Pick a voicemail drop—for example, “Friday Voicemail” since today is Friday.

Set caller ID preferences.
-
Decide whether to pause and preview or record calls.
Click Continue, and then connect to the system by clicking “Grant Mic Access” (or dialing in, depending on your setup).
Making Calls
Once connected, I see the first contact—Sally Prospect—both in PhoneBurner and GoHighLevel.

If Sally answers, great—we have a conversation.

If it goes to voicemail, I just click the voicemail drop button and move on.
Now I’m on to the next call.
What’s great here is that GoHighLevel’s contact manager automatically updates to reflect the contact currently being dialed. For example, now I’m viewing Jeff and JG Live Sample.
This makes it easy to access notes or other info in real time.
When I finish a call:

Click Live Answer (if answered).
-
Then click End Call.
At this point, I can take time to update the CRM record, ensuring it’s accurate and complete.
When I’m ready to move forward, I select a disposition, such as “Set Appointment”, and the session continues.
Now I’m calling Sally Sample, and again, the contact manager updates accordingly.
If this one goes to voicemail, I drop a message and move on to George Sample.
To stop the demo audio in my ear, I’ll mark this call as a Live Answer and end it.
