This powerful integration allows sales teams to drastically increase call efficiency, improve data accuracy, and maintain alignment across Salesforce and Outreach systems.

Our team at PhoneBurner® has been working hard to help you and your organization knock out your calling steps faster than ever.
Here's How It Works:
Once you install the PhoneBurner extension into your Outreach environment:
You'll see a PhoneBurner icon on the left-hand side.
Clicking the icon shows a list of your sequences and call steps due today, synced with Salesforce.
Simply click Start Dialing on any step to launch a dial session.
For example, I can start my 67 calls for step one of my Appointment Setter Campaign with a single click.
In the Dial Session Window, you'll immediately see:
Contact record details pulled over from Salesforce.
If someone doesn’t answer, you can leave a voicemail with one-click—no listening to the full greeting or waiting for the beep.
If someone does answer, you’re live instantly—no awkward delay or pause.
After the call:
You’re presented with call outcomes (dispositions).
These outcomes are configured to match your dispositions in Outreach, ensuring perfect syncing.
Editing and Viewing Records:
While in a call:
You can edit the contact record right from the dial session window.
Changes update live back in Salesforce.
You can view call history from Salesforce for that contact.
You can view all logged notes on that contact, helping you avoid duplicate efforts.
(This relies on your team consistently logging notes in Salesforce or syncing activities properly through your Outreach–Salesforce integration.)
After Completing a Call:
Select the appropriate call outcome.
PhoneBurner automatically handles logging the call, closing the task, and updating the prospect’s sequence status in Outreach.
If the call connects and a meeting is booked, the contact can even be removed from the sequence automatically.
Additional Features:
Phone Scripts: Display a call script on the screen while dialing.
Auto Email Triggers: Set dispositions to automatically trigger follow-up emails based on the call result.
As you make calls, the "Emails" counter updates to show the number of emails sent automatically.
Real-Time Syncing:
Returning to Outreach, after making a few calls:
Your number of outstanding tasks will drop.
Call activities will appear, properly dispositioned and logged in Outreach.
As long as your PhoneBurner and Outreach dispositions match, everything will sync perfectly—including call activity and sequence management.
