Call recordings, of calls that are connected, are available for review in several places in the PhoneBurner system.
Recorded calls are stored for a period of 30 days.
1. Contact: The recording will be stored on the recordings tab of the contact. If the contact is stored in the agent's account, you may need to log in as them to access it.
Note: Users (or admins when logged in as the user) can only see the recordings for that account. If the contact is in the admin account, the admin can see all recordings.
2. Dial Sessions: Also, by logging in as the user, and going to the Call History tab and clicking details on a dial session. Recordings here can be exported along with the CSV of the dial session if the user has the authority to export. Only
3. Admin Only: Go to the Team tab , go to Reports and click on the gear icon.
The dial session reports have a button for "View all calls" and the recordings will be stored with the calls in this report.
If you want to export the recordings with the report, click the number of sessions for a user, and then you will have an option to export a zip file with recordings.
