The ARMOR® Dashboard is where you can dive into the details and really understand the analytics behind your team’s activity in PhoneBurner.
To access the ARMOR® Dashboard:
- Click on your initials in the upper-right corner of your account.
- Select Number Settings from the left-hand side.
- From there, you'll see an option for ARMOR®.
If ARMOR® isn’t already enabled on your account, you can activate it from this page. Here, you'll also learn about some key benefits that ARMOR® offers:
- Ongoing Number Monitoring: We continuously monitor your phone numbers to detect if they’ve been flagged by major US carriers. If a number is flagged, we proactively work with those carriers to resolve the issue.
- Proactive Registration: PhoneBurner registers your phone numbers with carriers to reduce the risk of spam flags.
- Analytics Dashboard: The ARMOR® Dashboard provides detailed insights into your outbound calling activity.
From the ARMOR® page, click Go to Dashboard to view your data.
In my demo account, activity is limited, but in your own account, you'll see far more detailed insights. For example, my demo shows:
- 10 agents
- 48 protected numbers
- 586 calls made
- 35.5% answer rate across all carriers
The dashboard also breaks down performance by major carriers like AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, helping you assess performance by carrier.
On the right side, you’ll find a variety of filtering options. Below, you’ll see detailed graphs that visualize key metrics. While I won’t dive into each graph now, there’s additional training available if you’d like a deeper understanding of each one.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the amount of data, I recommend starting small. Focus on one or two graphs that provide the most relevant insights for your goals. As you build a better understanding, expand your focus to other metrics and gradually refine your strategies.
Success takes time. To see meaningful improvements, commit to 90 to 180 days of consistent, focused efforts. Start by establishing a performance baseline, then make gradual adjustments to improve your results.
