Key details
- The base price of Standard, Professional, & Premium plans will increase by $16/month
- Legacy plans will be phased out, with accounts transitioned to current offerings
- Pricing for add-on services such as ARMOR® and numbers will not change
- Month-to-month customers will see the price adjustment on their March bill
- Customers with contracts will not be impacted at this time
- Customers who have already experienced an increase won’t be included

New pricing will be reflected on your first bill on or following March 1. Customers in a contract will not be impacted at this time.
How will the price change show up on my billing statement?
Your invoice will automatically reflect the new pricing.
Will there be any changes to billing cycles or payment options?
Your billing cycle and payment method on file will remain unchanged.
Are prices of add-ons like numbers, ARMOR®, and SMS credits increasing?
No. This price adjustment is limited to our month-to-month Standard, Professional, and Premium packages currently not in a contract.
